where are the best sections of beach for waves.

where are the best sections of beach for waves. I have ben going to the area near 40 and then down a few blocks near he boat reck. Can you tell me what street to come on the beach where they might be better. thanks

i am not to familiar with the stand out spots in ormond beach, perhaps another SPL visitor could fill you in. The main street pier often picks up swell nicely and is best on an incoming tide.

I come from ocala so if i need to go another x amount of miles to a better spot I will. Have truck will travel. Please tell me where I might find some of these spots. Thanks again

well i google map'd your location in relationship to the pier and it looks like if you were to drive an extra 10 minutes you could surf sunglow.

click that link. that way you can view the cam, surf outloook etc etc and make a decision to drive out or not. Always keep an eye on the written outlook as i will note when an upcoming swell event is happening.
